My Story

In short, I transformed my passion into my work. With extensive experience of over 20 years in the fitness industry and thorough education in fitness, psychology and counseling, I recognized the importance of finding the right balance in life and creating a state of wellness and optimal health. Therefore, I developed a unique holistic approach that goes far beyond just physical health.

Since 2001, I have been working in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. I have experience working with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds, of different ages, various body types and with different conditions and limitations (such as, former injuries, surgeries, anatomical misalignments, pregnancies, postnatal, etc.). I utilized and implemented a wide variety of training techniques and instruments, such as functional training, strength training, HIIT, mobility, flexibility, core and postural training. I worked with different types of equipment and tools, such as gym machines, cardio equipment, free weights, BOSU, body bar, bands, small ball, Swiss ball, Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, and more. As a wellness coach I used Structural Approach for Increased Well-Being based on Carl Roger’s Client-Centered Therapy. I used such instruments as Wheel of Life, Life Values Analysis, goal setting (SMART), cognitive-behavioral techniques, Signature Strength Questionnaire, mindfulness exercises, ACT techniques.

From 1999 until 2012, I lived and worked in the USA, where I got thorough experience and comprehensive education as a Trainer, a Group Fitness Instructor, a Pilates Teacher, and furthermore, as a Counselor. I earned a M.A. degree in Psychology at the Jagiellonian University, and later a M.A. degree in Counseling at the Montclair State University in the USA, as I understood how important is the psychological aspect of staying healthy, strong and motivated in order to be successful and fulfilled in all areas of life, including fitness.

I earned certifications through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in New York as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I further developed my passion for Pilates and went to Power Pilates Center in New York, where I earned a certificate as a Mat Pilates Teacher in 2006. In 2012 I moved to Switzerland, started working at Holmes Place, a Swiss premium sports club, and continued my education in various Pilates schools, such as Balanced Body, Michael King Pilates, and finally PilateSwiss, where I completed 450-hour education to become a nationally recognized Comprehensive Pilates Teacher. Recently, I developed interest in Aerial Fitness and I have completed an education with Christopher Harrison Antigravity in Aerial Yoga, Pilates and Kink 1-1. Understanding the importance of safety and injury prevention, I earned certificate as a REHAB Trainer with Ulrik Larsen, acquiring essential knowledge in injury prevention and recovery.

My life experience as a working mother of two children made me aware of many challenges that need to be overcome in order to find the right balance in life. I believe that fitness, exercise, diet and sleep are essential elements of overall wellbeing. I help my clients to overcome any obstacles that stand in a way of creating healthier, happier and fulfilled lives. I look at all aspects of existence, identify the problem areas and I devise and implement the right plan for optimal results. The best reward for me is seeing my clients accomplishing their goals and living up to their full potential.
